Experiencing the
Country
I’ve spent more time
in the Gibson Desert than pretty well anybody, I think, and perhaps
I’m a bit biased but I love the place. The colours, plant life
– just everything about it, the quietness, lack of civilisation,
perhaps. Our deserts are not to be sneezed at.
